I know Bookends is primarily a book review blog, but travel planning is another passion of mine. I wanted to create a space to share some of my travel experiences with you, in hopes that all of my hard work can help someone else! This page is a work in progress, so pardon the dust while I work out the kinks!
The Salkantay Trek in Peru
This five-day trek to Machu Picchu was one of the most incredible things I’ve done so far in my life. Challenging, breathtaking, and so incredibly rewarding, this is definitely a trip you will want to add to your travel bucket list.

Roadtrip: Southern USA
When I moved from Boston to Las Vegas, I spent two weeks driving cross country, with the goal of hitting as many national parks as I could along the way. I had my dog with me, so I had to get creative in some parks where she wasn’t allowed!
