Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
Check out all my past TTT posts here. Some highlights:
- December 8: Top Ten Wintry Reads
- December 29: Favorite Books of 2020
- January 5: Most anticipated releases for the first half of 2021
- June 29: Most anticipated releases for the second half of 2021

This week’s post is Top Ten Books on my Fall To-Be-Read List. I love TBR posts, because I get to share with you the books I’m most excited about! I’m in a rush this week so it’s just a cut-and-dried list, but let me know if we have any in common!
- The Last House on Needless Street by Catriona Ward
- Last Girl Ghosted by Lisa Unger
- The Mother Next Door by Tara Laskowski
- Well Matched by Jen Deluca
- The Night She Disappeared by Lisa Jewell
- In My Dreams I Hold a Knife by Ashley Winstead
- Rock Paper Scissors by Alice Feeney
- Five Strangers by E.V. Adamson
- The Resting Place by Camilla Sten
- Finlay Donovan Knocks Em Dead by Elle Cosimano
I’m looking forward to expanding this TBR with all of your lists 🙂
Also, shameless plug, but I finally added my blog to Bloglovin’ if you’d like to follow me:

Of course I’ll happily follow back any TTT’ers (and anyone else stumbling across this list–let me know in the comments if you follow me so I don’t miss the notification!)
I haven’t heard of these book. But I hope you enjoy all of them. My fall reading list
The Alice Feeney one sounds great, same for the Lisa Jewell and Lisa Unger books. I’ve been really enjoying the Jewell books I’ve read.
I know, I think Jewell’s thrillers are so good! And I really liked Alice Feeney’s last one
I have seen quite a few mentions of Rock Paper Sisters over the last few weeks.
yes! I really liked her last book so I’m excited
The Last House on Needless Street is also on my TBR. Looks very interesting.
Great list, and happy reading 🥳
I’ve seen the new Jewell novel on a number of lists today. I’m planning to read it eventually as well. I hope you enjoy all these.
Happy TTT!

I’m usually a big fan of her so I have high hopes, I didn’t love her last one though
These sound really good! I added a few to my TBR. Happy reading!
ooh which ones?
Well Matched sounds fun! Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
I loved the earlier ones in the series
A great list! I hope you enjoy reading them all.
When you get the opportunity, I hope you can stop by my post: https://readbakecreate.com/autumn-2021-tbr-10-books-i-hope-to-read/
Lots of these look perfectly eerie which works well with the change of season. I hope you enjoy all these!
Well match is on my TBR List as well. I hope you enjoy your reading list!

So many I want to read. In My Dreams I Hold a Knife, The Last House on Needless Street, Finlay Donovan #2, and Rock Paper Scissors (that I do own and plan to read in October).
Lauren
I’m planning on reading Rock Paper Scissors in October too!
I love how many people on TTT have been like “cold weather? bring on the DANGER and MURDER and THRILLS!”* Somewhere out there must be a person whose mindset is more like “Time to read cute new-school-year YA romances and cozy mysteries with a cup of tea and a blanket,” but I haven’t seen it yet. XD
*Including me, and I don’t know most of the books on your list but I’m intrigued by…well, basically all of them. But I’m drawn to the last one especially, because I love anything to do with big ol’ houses (especially the inherited kind), and while I shrieked upon learning it’s not published yet, it looks like my local library has The Lost Village, so I’m gonna add that one to my next-visit checkout list.
Ah, I’m sorry! I picked books getting published this fall, but you’re right they’re mostly thrillers besides Well Matched! Most of these are ones I have ARCs of that I need to read before pub day. It also seems like they schedule more thrillers for fall!
Great list! I’ve heard really good things about Well Matched and I’m hoping to read it too in a not too distant future. And I can’t wait to read the new Finlay Donovan!
Hope you enjoy your entire fall TBR! Elle’s set of books is one I did think sounded fun (back when I saw them on Goodreads), so I’m glad to see them here and be reminded. Thanks. 🙂 Appreciate you stopping by Finding Wonderland on this week as well.
