February Wrap-Up

I’ve updated the monthly wrap-up chart to shame me in red numbers for each book I haven’t posted a review for. Did I spend half an hour trying to figure this out instead of posting a review? Yes. Do I regret that choice? Maybe.

I think my brain needed a break from review writing in February. I just couldn’t bring myself to review a single one of these books! I started the month strong with some good thrillers, and I LOVED Chain-Gang All Stars, but I read them on vacation so didn’t write reviews. After that the reads started to fizzle. I only really liked a couple of the books I read in the later half of the month, and those weren’t NetGalley reads so I wasn’t motivated to review them.

I would say maybe March will be more productive, but I close on my house on Monday and have all kinds of work to do and professionals scheduled before we move in, so that feels unlikely. I’ll have tons of time for audiobooks, though!
